While it may seem convenient to place our hybrid mattress directly on the floor, we strongly advise against it. The absence of air circulation beneath the mattress can lead to moisture buildup, potentially causing mould over time. Moreover, placing the mattress on the floor might affect its performance and shorten its lifespan.

To maintain the integrity of the mattress and ensure it's covered by our warranty, we recommend using a proper bed base. This allows for optimal air circulation and the best possible sleep experience.

The Peace Lily Hybrid Mattress offers a cooler sleep due to high-quality, breathable materials and careful construction. The natural latex foam and its open cell structure promote air circulation, dissipating heat and moisture. The pinhole structure of the latex sheet enhances air circulation. Pocket springs are individually wrapped, creating open spaces for airflow, and the fabric covering them is breathable. The mattress cover features a soft, highly breathable 100% organic cotton layer.

While we make efforts to address personal factors like body temperature and sleep environment in our mattress design, it's worth noting that room temperature and bedding choices also impact overall sleep comfort.

To protect your hybrid mattress, rotate it monthly for the first 6 months, then every second month (no flipping needed), avoid excessive weight or jumping, clean any spills promptly using a mild detergent and warm water, and ensure it's placed on a suitable bed base. Additionally, for optimal comfort and protection, we recommend using organic cotton sheets and an organic mattress protector.
