The Mattress Topper should only be used on a mattress with a flat, even, and properly supported surface.
- Flat & Even Mattress – The mattress surface must be flat and even.
- Uneven / Dipped / Sagging Mattress – The topper should not be used on a mattress that is already uneven, dipped, or sagging.
The condition of the mattress underneath can affect the topper and may contribute to unevenness, dipping, or sagging in the topper over time.
